Village PM is a Paris-based skateboarding footwear brand founded in 2024 by lifelong skaters Basile Lapray and Bram De Cleen — both veterans of Salomon and Arc'teryx — built on one question: what if skate shoes borrowed from climbing instead of basketball? In partnership with All Triangles, a footwear innovation agency in the French Alps, Village PM developed a proprietary Rubber Glove Construction that wraps the upper like a climbing rand, swaps standard skate rubber for high-grip climbing rubber, and features a replaceable toe cap that extends the shoe's life rather than ending it. In under a year, the brand made its way into Europe and Japan's most demanding skate and fashion doors. Function first, aesthetics after — Parisian precision, Alpine engineering, built for the board and worn everywhere else.
