SHIPPING
- Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $300 (ground service).
- Free shipping does not apply to exclusive launches, collaborations, or special promotional releases.
- All orders ship with a tracking number once fulfilled.
RETURNS
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Refunds: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Store Credit: Available for returns requested anytime within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges: Eligible within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Approved Returns: Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days using the return label provided by us.
- Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders valued at $1000 or more are subject to a 35% restocking fee if a refund is requested.
- Processing: Refunds (when applicable) will be issued within 5 business days after the return is received and verified to meet our quality standards.
