One of our only purely "fashion" brands.  This is our first season carrying the casual side of the Comme Des Garcons empire.  The meticulous detail in every design and forward thinking ideas are second to none.  One of the few brands that really know how to do a collaboration right and every season they have good ones with the likes of Levis, Mackintosh, Brooks Brothers etc.  

 

Junya Watanabe is a Japanese fashion designer, orginally the protoge of the Comme des Garcons designer Rei Kawakubo.  Watanabe, like his mentor Rei Kawakubo, is renowned for designing innovative and distinctive clothing. He is particularly interested in synthetic and technologically advanced textiles and fabrics as found in his spring/summer 2001 line but also uses more traditional materials such as cotton in his spring/summer 2003 collection. Watanabe is often considered to be a 'techno couture' designer, creating unusually structured clothes out of modern, technical materials.
