RETURNS

• Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
• Refunds: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Store Credit: Available for returns requested anytime within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges: Eligible within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
• Approved Returns: Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days using the return label provided by us.
• Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders valued at $1000 or more are subject to a 35% restocking fee if a refund is requested.
