    As the name suggests, the label strives to create menswear that acts as an effortless extension of the wearer’s identity, rather than relying on ever-changing sartorial trends. Founded by southern California natives Joshua and Jacob Willis and their friend Anthony Franco in 2013, skate and surf-culture inspired brand Second/Layer has become adept at producing styles that fuse an authentic West Coast feel with clean lines and suave silhouettes.
