This collaboration of Infinite Archives x En Iwamura is brought about by the special friendship of Founder, Easy Otabor, and Artist, En Iwamura. En Iwamuraƒ??s work focuses on the experience one has with his different artworks and the space they inhabit. When describing his work, En refers to the Japanese philosophy "Ma" which roughly translates to "negative space". When creating this, the focal point was how the piece would interact with the space it was displayed in. Its many functions allow it to take on new perspectives from every viewer. The potential use of these pieces are unlimited, from a cigar or incense holder to a vase for plants or flowers.1988 is the year of acknowledgment for IA. ƒ??Born in 1988ƒ? is based on the work En has made for an exhibition at Gallery Anthony and ƒ??1988 Graffiti Boyƒ? is based on the idea of smoke and graffiti culture back in 1988."
