Overview:
The retail role involves greeting and assisting customers courteously, handling the POS system proficiently for transactions and online orders, and efficiently managing opening/closing duties while maintaining store organization. This position requires adeptness in stocking, organizing merchandise, and meticulous inventory management. Comprehensive product knowledge is essential for guiding customers. Strong time management skills are a must, with an expected availability to work 40hrs per week
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store, offering a positive first impression.

- Accurately process and fulfill online orders at the store, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
- Maintain a consistent professional attitude in all customer interactions and work-related tasks.

- Complete opening and closing duties with attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
- Ensure organization on the sales floor and in backstock areas for an efficient shopping experience.
