Union Los Angeles is proud to announce the launch date for our first collaboration with our Cali neighbors, Vans. On March 18th, we will release three colors of the Union x Vans 'Old Skool' collaboration; A Dusty Pink, A Muted Gold and an Off White. The shoe’s design is simple, but the devil is in the details. For the main body of the shoe we used a “lux” twill weave matched with a smooth, buttery suede and the Vans “stripe” is made of a smooth “lux” pebble grain leather. Each shoe is tonal, head to toe with the exception of the inner shoe, we used a natural veg-tan leather on. As for the sole unit, we popped with a marine blue boat-shoe sole, just for shits and giggles.
We will be launching some accompanying apparel with the capsule so stay tuned for more images and further editorials leading up to the release.
