We caught wind an exhibit going down here in LA, featuring photos of Prince in his early years, and it was a must, that we stopped by to check it out. Over at the Mr. Musichead Gallery off of Sunset, they're currently hosting the "Prince Pre-Fame 1977" photo gallery, featuring images taken by Robert Whitman of the legendary musician prior to achieving his worldwide acclaim. The photos show the then-19-year-old artist both in studio and out on location for shots, and viewers get to enjoy proof sheets, candids and some amazing portraits. Check out a few flicks we grabbed on our visit and be sure to make a stop in if you're in the area.
