After that, Hiroki invited us to a special dinner he had prepared. He rented a beautiful OG apartment in the 1st and flew out
Tokyo’s top Sushi chef (and his whole staff). This chef is famous for recreating Sushi the way it was made over 200 years ago.
Back in the day the fish would take about two weeks to get from the boat to the chef; no fridges, no current day preservatives.
So it’s kind of like an aged Sushi…sounds craze but it was amazing!
