A Little Bit Of History: Men Of The Olympics

The ancient Greeks dedicated the Olympic games to the god Zeus (King of the Gods ... God of the Sky, Thunder and Lightning and Law, Order and Justice). Pierre de Frédy, Baron de Coubertin, was the Frenchman who revived the Olympic games around the end of the 1800s and conceived the well-known Olympic flag with the five rings. Regardless of his social status, all ancient Greek men were allowed to compete in the ancient Olympic Games.
