Last week a few of our staff members had a deep talk about the real reasons why "black women" in particular face so many injustices in America and many other countries. The conclusion we came to was disappointing but motivating at the same time and it was the idea that black women can't just casually get to high levels of success, that they have to be exceptional at everything they do. So with that said, last night we witnessed Viola Davis be "exceptional at what she does" by giving an amazing speech when receiving an Emmy Award for her show "How to Get Away with Murder."
